Hi all,

There are two main roadblocks. It just seems like the only thing I can 
verify to be working 100% error-free is the encoder portion of the 
RESET SEQUENCE test vectors.

1)	The G726-16kbps decoder keeps failing the verification even 
though I have tried different implementations. Some errors were only 
off by 1.

2)	The HOMING SEQUENCE test vectors can not be verified because 
even after applying the so-called INIT-SEQUENCE (supplied by ITU) into 
the encoder/decoder, there are still lots of errors.
