Control Gaging, Inc., a division of Marposs S.p.A., and a well established manufacturer of precision gaging systems for measurement and control applications, has an immediate need for an additional software engineer to support existing equipment and develop new products. We are located on the south side of Ann Arbor. Our customers include automotive, bearing, and aerospace manufactures, machine builders and re-builders, and may others around the country and around the world.

Full Time Position Requirements:
· 5+ years of relevant embedded software engineering experience; C, C++, object oriented design
· Systems programming experience with device drivers such ADCs, DACs.
· Win32/MFC experience.
· Agile software development / Unit testing experience a plus
· Programming DSPs a plus
· Windows XP embedded programming experience a plus
· Knowledge of RTOS concepts and ability to program accordingly.
· Must have excellent time management, communication and presentation skills.
· The ability to architect and understand complex systems.
· Comfortable with digital electronics, reading prints and debugging.
· Able to work alone on a project or with others.
· Able to work with customers and work to their requirements.
· Occasional travel.
· Write code and documentation to established standards.
