DSP Documents > Performance and Design of Farrow Filter Used For Arbitrary Resampling

In this section, our goal is to keep a comprehensive and organised list of DSP related documents (papers, theses, etc) available for free on the web. Most of the documents are available in pdf format, so you'll need a pdf reader to view them. Add a document to the list.

To narrow the list, you can filter the documents by 'type':

Performance and Design of Farrow Filter Used For Arbitrary Resampling

By Fred J. Harris

Abstract:

The Farrow filter is a multirate filter structure which offers the option of continuously adjustable resample ratio. This paper presents a derivation of the method proposed by Farrow, and demonstrates the performance and complexity of resampling filters using his technique. The paper also develops some important system options made available to the designer as spin-offs of the derivation.
