    Can any one tell me where I can buy G.723 and G.729 voice codecs?
    What would be the approx cost of those?
    Please give the links. Requirement is urgent.
    
    One more query
    Asumming that, one has a complete understanding of the CODEC, what
    could be the likely time its going to take to prepare DSP based
    solution of our own.

Hi,
   I have a DSP based solution with me which is similar to G.723 in
performance eventhough it doesn't conforms to the standard. The
compression is implemented in ADSP 2181. May be depending on ur needs
it may fit. It is an academic project.
