DSP fixed-point math library - Greg M. - 2006-01-25 12:45:00

Is there fixed-point math library (preferably as inline functions or
macros) such as the one defined by European Telecommunications
Standards Institute (ETSI) and used in in GSM 06.06 and other standard
vocoders - available for:
1. ADI's BlackFin?
2. IBM PowerPC?
3. Intel Pentium?
4. TI DSP?

If so, please provide me with the link for download etc.

Thanks,
GM

TI provides a fixed point math library with each of their DSPs. I have
no idea if it is at all compatible to the ETSI one -- do you have any
links to that standard? Would I have any competitive advantage to
standardizing on it myself?
