In my product I need to store unvolatile data when the power supply goes down. Internal flash memory seem be right for this. The problem is that I not know the maximun programming time of internal flash. Does anyone have an idea on this time ? It seems difficult to obtain!!

Has anybody had experience with apparent hardware failure localised to JTAG functions on 5680x's ? We had 3 NewMicros boards fail yesterday, where symptom of failure is no connection to board from CodeWarrior, however at least 1 of the boards during the attempted connection/ download
