Dear Experts, I am new to this group and speech coding (But not to DSP) I want to know the details of G.723. But from ITU web site its not available and it recomended to use G.726 and G.729. What are the basic differences among G.723, G.726, G.729 ? How can I get G.723 standards ?. Regards, Ramya.

Hi all, I am working on G.726 using CCS on C5416. I have downloaded all the files from ITU-T(g726.c, g726demo.c, g726.h and ugstdemo.h) But when compiling, i am getting errors. Hello, I'm trying to run the test vectors for the G.726 (reset and homing) over the original code. They are in hexa format, so I have first converted them to binary using the cvt_h_b.c. Then I feed g726demo with nrm.a(the binary version) and the corresponding parameters (A-law, load, 256 samples, first block =1, number of blocks = 64 and reset = 1, as depicted inthe makefile.cl)
