You can configure the External Data Bus as Flags. I would have to look up the
specific register settings since I don't generally do this but you will find
it in the manual.

using the AMI or the SDRAM controller?
The reasoan is that I want to do the cycle delays etc. by myself so
simply lets say I want to write the value 0x9090 to D0-D15 and these
