The data sheet and EMIF technical manual [spru190 will point to the
manual] will describe the frequency options that you can use.

The devices that you connect to the EMIF will determine the optimim clock
frequency. In most cases, you can make about any frequency around 100 Mhz.
work by applying the proper number delay cycles [in the EMIF setup] before
and after r/w strobes. If you are looking to obtain maximum performance, you
will need to analyze different settings in relation to the EMIF peripheral.
For example, a memory peripheral might require fewer clock delays when using
a 90 Mhz clock than a 100 Mhz clock - resulting in higher performance with a
90 Mhz clock.
