I have never heard of a ML2390 codec, but by definition a codec is a
coder/decoder, so you should already have the decoder.

Yes, there are MANY types of incompatible ADPCM codecs. You should be
able to get the decoder from the same source as the encoder.

I have no idea. Is your ML2390 codec supposed to be compatible with G.726?

What's wrong with the ones you found on the net? Did you also look for
G.726 players?

Depending on the player, you may need to store your data in .wav format
and set the correct "compression type" parameter in the .wav header.

G.726 includes 16, 24, 32, and 48 kbps ADPCM rates. What is the bitrate
of your ADPCM data?
