If the DM642 EVM uses a 14 pin JTAG connect, this means that TCLK is
not
returning on pin 9.
Open a DOS prompt in the 'cc/bin' directory of your CCS installation
and
enter the command below [note: If your PCI emulator is not from TI, you may
have to use a different named '.out' file]
xdsprobe -F xds560.out -i
If this fails, you might try manually configuring the JTAG clock in CCS
setup to 2 Mhz. and see if that works.
If it still fails with the same error, probe pin 11 [with emulator cable
connected] to see if a clock is being generated.
