RE: [motoroladsp] SCI with two stop bits, is possible ?

I think what it means is that if you set it up for 9 bits, no parity, then you can always set the ninth bit for an extra stop bit???

Subject: [motoroladsp] SCI with two stop bits, is possible ?

I'm using 56805, and I'm trying to set the SCI with two stop bits. As
mentioned in table 12.2 of family manual it seems possible but is doesn't
work! Does anyone have experience with this SCI set ?
Thanks
Giuliano
