Ivan,
DSKs should ship with a special DSK version of CCS. As far as I know, the
only place to get the CD is from the manufacturer.

If you purchased a new DSK, contact the distributor/authorized reseller.
If you purchased it used, you might try contacting SD if you have the
original box [with the part number label].
