Does your project use DSP/BIOS??
If yes, then BIOS is configuring the interrupts. Check the
configuration [CDB or TCF file].
If you are not using BIOS, you are using a configuration that was
already setup [your setup could have a problem] OR there is some code
somewhere that is overwriting your setup.
