Hi Ozan The JTAG Chip Identification Register includes the part number (e.g. 801/803/805/807), version, and a JTAG ID code. However, any two 807s of the same revision level would have the same ID. Section 18.5.2, page 18-11 of "DSP56F80x User's Manual Rev 2.0". I never found any chip-specific code that would distinguish one 807 from another.
