A "program" of what kind? There is Matlab and its clones, Scilab and GNU
Octave that will do it rather readily. There must also be math routines in
your favorite language if that's what you mean. I think Intel's math
library is the most reasonably priced and likely to be pretty good for their
processors.
The only difference between cross and auto is the inputs.....
You can substitute correlation by using convolution - just reverse one of
the inputs. So, look for correlation programs also if that manipulation is
within your scope.
