hey, i said this before: stay safe over there. with Al Quaeda, Taliban, neighbors like Afghanistan Iran India China Kashmir, some with nukes and some nuke wannabees, your own nukes, currently the centroid of Islamic extremism, Obama saying on the campaign trail that he might cross the line from Afghantistan, political assassination, full-scale military operations inside the border, geez what a mess. please be careful and stay safe over there. don't get blown up or anything. in college, i had a roommate from Karachi who was a Parsi (Zoroastrian). just FYI. r b-j

This is what I meant. Living in Pakistan, Simon Cowell doesn't really interest me, don't even get to watch the show, its just that I keep reading his name in the newspaper, or hearing it on the news ... but one does get to know about him The reason I might know about him & you (Vlad) don't, may also be the generation gap or different culture. God knows how old Vlad is. But honestly Vlad, your arrogant antics are fun. I tried to google you too Vlad! Have a good day you all, but I suppose its night on your side of the planet

that pix purty good. like Jerry or Vlad, i never watched American Idol or Millionare or Lost or any of the other "reality TV" crap either, but i knew (i guess from snippets on news or Nightline or something) who and how friendly Simon Cowell is. i imagine that since so much on any of these shows is crap (as depicted in the TVass.jpg) that much of the vitriol that is emitted by Cowell is likely deserved. each generation has their crap that is recognized as such by the other generations and unrecognized (or denied) by much of the generation emitting it. i mean, there was some really dopey stuff coming out of the 70s. r b-j

I guess I'm abnormal. I never watch that juvenile crap. Like Vlad, I googled it.

i guess so. what often happens is, at frequencies where the unaliased frequency response gain dives to zero, the aliased frequency response gets something non-zero added to the gain. r b-j

He is. He's also very often right, so if you can excuse his arrogance long enough to glean value from what he says it's worth your while. -- www.wescottdesign.com

Nevertheless, Vladimir is correct. The method works when it's properly applied.
