Hi Peter,

If you are willing to use soft copies (*.pdf), you can try to order the
embedded SDK 2.4 Cd from Motorola. As far as I know it is for free and
there is a lot of handy stuff on the CD (Look in \\program
files\Motorola\Embedded SDK\help\pdf\pdf)

CodeWarrior will do both Assembly and C, The SDK is in C though so that is
probably what you would use.
