Hi,

Does anybody know whether there exists an IDMA-like interface, similar
to the one on the ADSP-218x DSPs, in the ADSP-219x family of DSPs,
either the ADSP-2191, ADSP-2195 or ADSP-2196?

I mean, an interface which can eb used to boot up the DSP, write to
it, and read from it, at anytime, regardless of what's actually
running on the DSP.

Has anyone ever used it?

I the ADSP-219x have SPI ports, UART, Host Port and External Port, but
I don't know if they work _that_ similar to the IDMA feature of the
ADSP-218x.

All the information you can supply will be useful, thanks in advance.

Regards,

JaaC
