The SPEEX codec has a very nice Acoustic Echo Canceller, which is written
under a BSD license. If you're looking for a commercial license to
limit
your legal liability (patent infringement, etc.) there are a number of
contractors a vendors to choose from. I can recommended Bolom LLC (
http://bolom.com/).
