Kedar,
There is no istruction called bfread. The instruction set
for the Motorola DSP's can be found in the DSP56800 Family Manual.
You would use this manual if you are using the 56800 family. Here
is a link for the manual:
http://e-www.motorola.com/files/dsp/doc/ref_manual/DSP56800FM.pdf

You can also try this link:
http://e-www.motorola.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?
code=DSP56F805&nodeIdz6wYqRXz6292
and scroll down to 'Reference Manual' and you will find the DSP56800
Family Manual.

If you are using the DSP56800E Family you would use 'DSP56800E
Reference Manual'. Here is the link for the document:
http://e-www.motorola.com/files/dsp/doc/ref_manual/DSP56800ERM.pdf

You can also use this link:
http://e-www.motorola.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?
code=DSP56858&nodeIdz6wYqRXz3011
under 'Reference Manual' you will see the aforementioned document.

I hope that this helps.

Regards,
Irene
