Dear c6x: I am a grad student working on TMSC6202. And I design a 6202 PCB. The PCB can not work. The main problem is the JTAG can not work correctly. I use ALVC16245 as JTAG buffer. And I use pullup resistance on EMU0(pin 13), EMU1(pin 14),TMS(pin 1),TDI(pin 3),TDO(pin 7). The resistance is 4.7K. When I start the ccs(ccs2.1),sometimes it can run with no error report,but it can not work. And sometimes (mostly) ccs will report error. The attached file is the schematic diagram. Thanks a lot.
