Lionel,
When you are using the DSPCOMMPARALLEL you have to make sure
that you have JG4 jumpered. If you don't have it jumpered then the
only way that you could connect to the board would be through the
parallel port connector on the board.

You are correct. All Motorola DSP56F80x/2x EVMs have
on-board command converter. If you use stand alone
JTAG command converter, you must put jumper on JG4.

Hello,

We have The evaluation board DSP56F807 EVM-1 with codewarrior 5.2. We have
bought the command converter DSPCOMMPARALLEL.
When I try to use it with the evaluation board, I have a message : "FLASH
PROGRAMMING FAILED".
On the evaluation board, I put a jumper on JG4 to disable U9.
Is it normal ? If not, what can i do ?
