Hi,
As for your question, more or less yes!!. I guess you have written MVKLH
wrongly. I was wondering though, what is your motivation in sending a constant
value to a memory location like register or stack ? Any specific reasons ?

Subject: [c6x] Moving Constant to Memory Locations Hai,

I work with the C6000 series of DSP's and was trying to figure out the
different ways (Assembly language Instructions) using which we can
have a CONSTANT value being moved into a memory location (Register,
Stack...)

I did figure out from the documentation that (MVK, MVKH, MVKL, MVKH)
could be used. Are there more of them or is this set complete?

Thanks,
Ramakrishnan.V
