In regards to the RAM, you shouldn't use a RAM with more address pins than you
have, as you'll just be wasting capacity. You can get 512Mb devices on Digikey
that only need 13 address lines; that is a huge amount of RAM for a C55x. If
you really need more you can use multiple RAM chips on different chip
