I seem to remember that there are some resources for sample radar
backscatter data, maybe US government funded, on the internet.  Anyone
have any clues on where to find them?  I can find lots of Google links
to weather data and SAR images, but at some point in the past I
thought I found data for standard reflectors, cavities and other types
of targets.
