Hallo,
please listen my story .
One day i went to a professor's room for asking a job..there i
told him about myself .then he asked me to design a Finite Impulse
Response Filter using VERILOG. !! I said OK for that moment !!
He is not at all giving me any kind of guidance for designing it.I am
absolutely novice in filter design.
Now i was struck at the begining itself .
I have read many DSP books containing FIR design algorithms.I am also
new with DSP.
I am able to understand the algorithm while reading what is given in
book; but when i try to understand myself to write code for that
algorithm i was unable to do.
!! my view is if a person knows the algorithms functionality by
representing it manually by solving that equation with pen&paper then
only he can understand the algorithm present in the book and able to
write the code for respective algorithm !!
Now my drawback is i donot know how to slove the respective FIR
equation manually .So i can not and never understand the algorithm
given in any book for writing program.
So i request you to help me solve any kind of FIR equation manually
...Then i follow that manual algorthmetic procedure to write my own
program in VERILOG.
!! Thanks for helping !!
