TDHS is very simple. There isn't a lot to say about it. What are you
looking for?
If what you are interested in is better schemes that overcome the
limitation of TDHS, they are many and varied. Some are patented, too.
PSOLA, WSOLA, and other techniques are richly covered in a Google
search. A search on TDHS should flush out some links to these related
techniques.
