Is there a Codewarrior for 563XX?

Anyway, I recently faced the same problem, and I did the bootloader
that inits P:X:Y: mem, plus a tool to convert .lod files to a binary
representation for the bootloader, output as 56k assembly source to
be included in seperate flash programming code to be dumped via
debug port. Let me know if any of these could be useful for you and
I'll email them to you.

Ciao,
Stefan

You can set up Codewarrior to generate S-Record file for you; then you can
upload this file with the flash_over_jtag utility. This file includes all code
that was generated.
