Hello ! I'm new to the world of DSP and my new work assignment is to implement voip codecs and other voip components like echo cancellers, voice activity detection etc. I'm presently reading 56858 user manual (600 pages!) and would appreciate if you can help me clear some doubts.. 1. What is meant by "single data strobe bus" and "double data strobe bus" in the context of HI8 bus that can glue 56858 and a host processor ? 2. Are there any books/articles that deals with how to implement echo canceller, voice activity detection and adaptive jitter buffers ? I highly appreciate your inputs... Thanks.. Lorenzo |
