All that you have to do is to treat your I/O registers as memory addresses.
If you need to store command 0xAB at address 0xA0000004, just store it as if it
were memory. The same for reads [except that you will want to read shorts
instead of chars]

Hello Semmel,
To "use CE space" refer to the addresses:
0x8xxxxxxx CE0 - DSK SDRAM
0x9xxxxxxx CE1 - DSK SW&LEDs + FLASH 0xAxxxxxxx CE2 - daughtercard
for DSK 0xBxxxxxxx CE3 - daughtercard for DSK
Replace the 'xxxxxxx' with 7 hex digits that you want to see on
the address lines.
