Hello,
I am new to this subject and got a PCM3003 EVM board to work with out
TMS320C6711 DSK board.

Now, I bought a TLV320AIC23 EVM board which I want to use together
with the TMS320C6711 DSK board to route signals from

1) ... analog in to analog out via DACs
2) ... SPDIF in to analog out via DACs
3) ... analog in to SPDIF out

From the messages I found in this C6x newsgroup, I conclude that this
combination of boards should in principle work because people keep
asking questions about using these two boards.

The CD ROM that came with the EVM board (called "DAV Evaluation Module
for TLV320AIC23") contains, besides C-files buried in some ZIP files,
an executable AIC23.EXE and aic23.out Reading the manuals tells me
that this is for a C54x DSK board only.

Trying to rebuild the application from the source files on the CD ROM
under C6711 does not work because some specific files (regs54xx.h) are
not on that CD ROM.

Does anybody have experience to get the ACI23 EVM board to work with
the 6711 DSK board ? Is there somewhere a short main.c with a
c6xDSK.cmd file which allows to operate the boards in the modes
described under 1) and 2) ??
