Hi,

I talked to our support and they told me that you just have to get a new
CCS and make some changes inside of CCS. This fixed will be included on
the 7.2 release of the tools. We tested one of these cards inside of a
laptop and were able to connect to the target with this card. The
support person just had to configure CCS to see the address and not the
parallel port.

I could be wrong, but due to some implementation issues, CodeWarrior
will not work with add-on parallel port adapters, such us PCMCIA-PP
or
USB-PP.

Your best option is to use about to be released USB TAP, which is USB
to JTAG adapter. You can purchase this HW right now from Metrowerks,
and software drivers will be available in CodeWarrior 7.2 update,
shceduled for release on May 16th. This update will be offered for
free to current users of CodeWarrior 7.0 or 7.1. Also, Metrowerks is
running a special for this USB TAP for $99 (original price is $250).
You will need to use USBTAP56800E coupon during shopping cart

I need to debug my application with a notebook that don't have a
parallel interface; for this reason I get a PCMCIA card that allow the
link between PC and J-TAG interface.
The drivers is "OX12PCI840 PCI Paralll Port" and it is correctly
installed because with others application it run.

The problem is that the metrowerks debugger don't run.
