Hi Rusell,

Thanks a lot! Effectively, the solution is here:
http://www.analog.com/processors/technicalSupport/toolsAnomalies.html#tar18856

I'll run the workaround.

Hi

Does anyone has experience with AD7490? Have you ever try to manage CS with TFS
and RFS as suggested in datasheet?
In my case doesn't work with ADSP2191, help greatly appreciated

thanks in advance

Stephane

I should have checked the ADI web site first. :) The problem I
think you have is discussed here:

I saw this too on my secondary machine. I happens only under
Windows 98. Email and let them know
you've hit the "VisualDSP++ 3.5 32-bit Windows 98 install problem"
(I think the error code is 2717). A patch is available.

Hi,

I'm having problems installing VisualDSP++ 3.5 for 32
bits under Win98SE (Spanish) running on a laptop.
Everything goes fine, until almost the end of the
"Copying new files" step; from that point (almost at
the end, when everything is almost done), it starts to
roll back, literally the status is "Rolling back
action", and the progress bar decreases, and at the
end I get a message box satying that the installation
failed, and that I should try again later.

Has anyone had similar problems? The strange part is
that it installed flawlessly on another laptop running
WinXP Home Edition, but the installation of
VisualDSP++ 3.5 for 16 bits and its march/04 update
was fine on the laptop running Win98SE.

Any hints, please?

Regards,

JaaC
