IS this to be kept high normally and then switch it to low on reset?
we have kept the reset pin normally floating. and after power up ,we are making
it HiGH to start the bootloader. >

What is SPRC174O document....i am not able to find it on TI site.

F2812 donot need any power sequence for power-up or power-down but you it must
be see high edge of reset signal after full power-up.(SPRC174O-Section 6.9)
