Well, could you be a little more specific? Since you're talking about a symbol rate as well as a chipping rate, it looks as though you're using QPSK in some kind of spread spectrum / CDMA system. And I don't understand what you mean when you say you want to simulate "QPSK symbols" - I thought one simulates a system.
