The 'Oscillator frequency' property is used to specify the main input
clock frequncy for the core (this property is fixed to 8MHz in case of selected
on-chip oscillator. When you select the external clock source you can specify
the frequency of the external oscillator or external clock). It means that the
first decision what you need to do is to choose between the clock source -
Internal on-chip osc. / external clock - using property 'Clock
source'.
Then you should specify what System clock you need - using 'System clock
(IP bus)' property. You can also enable/disable the PLL using 'PLL
clock' property.
