You're ok. You only have to connect both GNDs and the ANA0 pin of your EVM
kit with the positive of your frequency generator.

Software Settings:
> Frequency = 10 KHz Squarewave with 2V peek-to-peek,
> AC Channels = 1
> Mode Select = Single Ended
> A/D resolution = 12 bits
> Conversion time = ? (what should be the possible time, as i want to do

Conversion time must be higher than Sample_Frequ*number_bits_resolution.

Folks,
I want to test the ADC please advice, i'm using codewarrior
with PE.

Hardware Settings:
Connecting GND of frequency generator to EVM kit's GND and positive is
connected to ANA0. Is it ok in order to test the ADC? i think i don't
need to take care of Vssa or Vref, as Vref is already high with 3.3V
and Vssa is internally connected to Vss. To summarize, I'm just
connecting Frequency Generator's GND to EVM kit's GND (common ground)
and positive of Frequency Generator is connected to ANA0.
Software Settings:
Frequency = 10 KHz Squarewave with 2V peek-to-peek,
AC Channels = 1
Mode Select = Single Ended
A/D resolution = 12 bits
Conversion time = ? (what should be the possible time, as i want to do
Continuous conversion.)
Thanks for your input,
