On matlab 7.0
Simulink -> Toolsets and Blocksets -> signal Processing Blocksets ->
Platform Specific IO -> Windows Win32 -> From Wave File
For other versions too, you will find in the similar location.
Basically, look for DSP sources in DSP Blockset
