Hi,
If not
mistaken, there's no way to "downgrade" the DSP/BIOS ".cdb" config file to
the previous / older
version. Perhaps you might want to backup your
works first.

Hello tnk,
It is not very obvious [until you find it]
With your project open look in the left pane for your ".cdb" file in a
folder labeled DSP/BIOS Config. Double click to open it and you should be
able to rebuild.
For those who are 'listening', this is a standard procedure if
you update your CCS software - you need to do it for each project that you
recompile.

Hi all, When I compiled my program on evm642 using ccs 2.0, I suddenly got this error. "line 1: error: Version 4.90.270 is not compatible with this version of BIOS. Please open this file in the Configuration Tool and update." Actually it is not the first time I compile that code. I compile that code so many time without any problem and suddenly got this error. May I know how to make the version compatible and how to open configuration tool? Seem like I can't manage to find the "configuration tool" in CCS editor. Thanks. tnk |
