Hi Vinay,
Some things to thing about:
1. Verify that the settings for the CODEC correctly
set a gain of "1". This involves reading and
understanding the DSP code and the CODEC itself.
2. Verify that the analog stage on the board sets for
a gain of "1".
3. Verify that the impedances for your input/output
match, so there is no attenuation.
Correct with code on the DSP, either with CODEC
configuration or with signal gain (multiplication).
