The 2808 uses some memory areas that are not used by the 281x series.
The drivers of the 281x series give errors when you try to access some
of these areas. You need to install drivers that support the 280x
series.

The 2808 uses the same core as the 2812. You should be able to run it without any updates. The main thing you'll need is the gel file to set up the memory map correctly for the 2808. Rather than writing your own I recommend going to the Spectrum Digital website and getting the most recent emulation drivers that correspond to the version of CCS you're using. The gel file should come in there as there are some 2808 configurations pre-packaged. Brad
