Hi,
I am also working on WMA decoder. i have got the document related to
wma but the files contain little or i would say very less information on
WMA encrytion standard .Do u know any site where i can find useful
information to understanf the decoder.

You have to pay the licensing fee to Microsoft.
And then Microsoft will send you the WMA document and reference software.
