Hi all, I'm looking for specs of this standard. It's mentioned in the G.726 Annex III, with two citations -- US-patent nr. 4860313 and then with the following annotation: Israke, Voiceband data optimized algorithm - Detailed description, Document No. COM XVIII/92 CCITT Study Group XVIII - Ad Hoc Group DCME - Base solution for Voiceband Data Transparency, Stockholm, April, 1987. I've tried to look for this doc on google and on www.itu.int, but without any success. Does anybody know where to get this document? I'm also looking for some conformance test vectors for this ADPCM (similar to G.726 test vectors). Each hint appreciated. Thanks Yenda |
