Try the Matlab Embedded Coder (maybe you need Matlab Real Time Workshop and
Simulink products too), Matlab Compiler might be an pption too.

I'm a student at a university who is working on a project that
involves implementing algorithms for stereo vision. The initial
development will be done using Matlab and eventually the Matlab m code
will be converted to C in order to run the algorithms on a ADSP
Blackfin 561. Therefore I was wondering are there any tools that will
generate C code from Matlab m code for the Blackfin DSP or ANSI C? Any
