but read memory operation also involves giving read enable for the memory in
addition to the address
this i believe involves more than just software programming
but in case you can do it, this should read out the contents of the location

OR
My idea is like if i give the address of the password location on address lines
and by default if the F2812 considers it as a read operation then i can read the
password, right?

change the processor on the board.
it cannot be unlocked if you dont know the password.
