Hi Chetan,

It works well with XDS510PP+ but when I connect using

XDS510 USB JTAG it fails to detect devices. I'm using
the latest drivers from spectrum digital....Is there
any test to conclude abt damage of my USB JTAG.

Thanks and regards

Hi,

Are you sure about the JTAG IR length and the number
of Devices?
If it is yes then there might be problem with your
XDS510PP. Why don't you change the XDS510PP and try
it. Also make sure you have installed the driver
properly.
Try resetting the Emulator from the SDConfig, The R
button on the SDConfig.

Looking at the emulator test details, there doesn't
seem's to be any other problem.
