Texas Instruments is looking for an experienced TMS320C67x DSP programmer
with significant experience in optimizing ANSI C code using Code Composer
Studio's #pragma directives.  The adaption software from an existing
Matlab-based adaptive system has been ported to C, and the C code needs to
be optimized primarily for execution speed but also for program size.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience using
the 'C67x platform and must be able to describe how the various #pragma
directives improve the C compiler's ability to generate faster compiled
code.  The candidate must also describe the code speed-ups obtained on
previous DSP code optimization tasks.

Experience with adaptive systems and wireless communications is a plus. 
Salary is competitive and depends on experience.  Consultants are
preferred for this task, which is expected to take about 3 months.  We
