These are my thoughts and comments...

1. the amount of memory that is available to the simulator can easily excede the amount that the hardware provides.

2. 'EXT : origin = 0x80000000, len = 0x10000000' indicates that you have 268,435,456 bytes of external memory. Is this true??

3. '-heap 0xFFFFF1' - what is this about?? I just just curious about the odd heap value [16,777,201bytes].

4. 'No breakpoint at 0x74000000' - this is most likely an indication that your code is in the weeds - I think that the memory at this address is supposed to be buffer memory. Did someone try to set a breakpoint there??
