Also, make sure the CDB file is located in the directory or up one from
the *.out file.
The CDB in older BIOS versions is used to read some data for the BIOS
RTA plugins. Newer versions don't require the cdb for RTA, just the
*.out file.

Have you tried opening the CDB file and doing a
'rebuild all' with the file open??
Do you get any error or warnings from the rebuild??
